Yates is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with a hunter mindset to further expand our growing consultancy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development, ideal candidates will be responsible for driving and securing new logo business and revenue for the organization. This is a highly leveraged position with opportunity for substantial compensation based on success.

Candidates must have:

• Demonstrable track record of hunting, driving, and closing deals with senior client executives
• History of meeting and/or exceeding established sales performance goals, preferably for project-based consulting services 
  

Desirable candidate attributes:

• Ability to create and drive effective prospecting strategies to drive pipeline volume 
• An actionable network of senior executive relationships in the F500/1000
• Expert presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Comfortable and effective working with all levels of the prospect organization, in person or remotely
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects, including managing expectations and anticipating needs
• Attention to detail – both tactical and strategic (thinking through interdependencies, outcomes, implications)
• Adept in observing and taking action on prospect behaviors and nuances that may influence project results
• Professional judgment for handling confidential information

Additional candidate requirements:

• 5+ years of experience selling comparable services, preferably to C-suite executives
• Bachelor’s degree
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to successfully work from home or remotely
• Ability to travel 25-50% as needed
• Strong organizational follow-through and time management skills
• Proactive work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Capable of meeting deadlines and working within time constraints
